Trails Without Limits

This program allows individuals who may be living with cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, amputation, paraplegia, arthritis, cardiac issues, joint replacements, or have other mobility concerns the opportunity to hike the trails of Westchester County Parks with the use of our All-Terrain Trackchairs or to join us for a bike ride with the use of our handcycles, at no cost to the users.

Join us for a hike!

Individuals with their family, friends, and/or caregiver, will experience an approximately 1-2 mile hike guided with one of our volunteers using our All-Terrain Trackchair. The program rotates throughout Westchester County Parks March-November. Please register for your time slot in the park of your choice at the calendar below.

The Adaptive Hike Program is meant to be used by park visitors who need hiking assistance to experience a rustic hiking trail. Because of limited availability, it may only be reserved by those who find it difficult to experience the designated trail without assistance.

Join us for a bike ride!

Our adaptive cycling program is available for free to individuals living with lower limb mobility concerns to ride our brand new handcycles. This program runs May through October and is for all levels of cyclists.

The Adaptive Cycling Program is meant to be used only by individuals who have lower limb mobility restrictions.
