Registration is now open at serveandremember.org for our 11th Annual 9/11 Day of Service presented with Westchester County Government George Latimer and Major Event Sponsor Robison Oil, which runs from Thursday, September 9 to Sunday, September 12. Join thousands from our community and around the world who choose to sign up to "help others" as part of how they pay tribute and honor the memories of those lost every September 11.

As we remember the last 20 years as part of this solemn milestone anniversary event, you can help make this 9/11 Day the largest day of service in U.S. history--with just one good deed at a time. By looking to take volunteer action and do good with us you can sign up for a variety of events--from supporting our local parks with our event partner Westchester Parks Foundation in Yonkers and Croton-on-Hudson on Saturday 9/11. To taking action on Sunday when there will be hundreds of volunteer slots open to serve at our Iona College and Westchester Community College volunteer hubs taking place in the City of New Rochelle, NY and Valhalla, respectively.

Additional support from local businesses, such as event sponsors Empire City Casino and NewYork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital have made it possible to offer 9/11 Day volunteers ways to support deployed service members, provide children in hospitals with warm blankets, and help early learners with their education and literacy development.
